Segment II
Segment II Teenage Course Provisions:
1. Century Driving School of Wayland, Inc. will provide 6 hours of classroom
instruction.
2. Century Driving School of Wayland, Inc. will supply all materials for the
class.
3. Upon graduation of the course, the student will be issued a ”Michigan Driver
Education Certificate of Completion” attesting to his/her completion of the
requirements that the Michigan Department of Education has set for Segment II of
the graduated licensing program.
TERMS
The parent/guardian authorized the student to take part in the program on the basis that the student meets the physical requirements specified by the law for issuance of a motor vehicle operator’s license. The student must have completed a minimum of 30 hours of driving time with a parent/guardian (including 2 hours at night) on their Level One License. The student must also show proper verification (permit and the log of 30 hours of driving) NO LATER THAN ONE BUSINESS DAY PRIOR THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. The parent/guardian agrees to pay the fee prior to the first class date. $35.00 if the student took Segment I with Century Driving School of Wayland, Inc. or $50.00 if Segment I was taken elsewhere. The student is only guaranteed a position in the class when a payment is received prior to the class date. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Along with driving comes responsibility. We have found that behavior problems will affect the learning of other students in the classroom. Behavior problems will result in an automatic dismissal with no refund.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you decide to withdraw or not take the course, there is no refund.
Completion of driver training instruction does not guarantee qualification for a driver license. License TS001438
