Motorcycle Test Requirements:
1. Your MOTORCYCLE PERMIT.( from Secretary of State)
2. Current proof of REGISTRATION and INSURANCE on the cycle.
3. A HELMET (it must be DOT approved i.e. SNELL, ANSI).
4. The motorcycle has to be in good operational condition. The following is a general list of equipment that cannot be damaged, inoperative or missing:

5. The cost of the test is $35.00 and this must be prepaid at least 2 business
days prior to the test, in order to hold your appointment. You can either mail
or drop off your payment at our Wayland office. We need a 24 hour advance notice
if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. There is NO REFUND for missed
appointments or failures. We accept cash, check, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
There is a $25.00 return check fee.
6. Failure to provide the first five steps will result in a $25.00 rescheduling
fee.
7. Date of your test is________and must be paid by__________to hold your
appointment.
8. The test is WEATHER PERMITING. If there are puddles on the course or the site
is
damp, the test will be rescheduled at no charge.
9. The test consists of a short equipment check on the cycle and then weaving in
and out of
cones, turning, braking and stopping.

CDL Road Test Requirements:
1. A VALID T.I.P. (from Secretary of State). IT CANNOT BE EXPIRED, Driver License and new updated medical form (Physical Card.) Please bring originals and photocopies of T.I.P, license, physical card and current proof of insurance and registration.
2. A ROADWORTHY vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance. The
following is a general list of equipment that cannot be damaged, inoperative or missing:

3. ONLY the applicant and the examiner are allowed to be present during the
test.
4. Be on TIME for your appointment.
5. If you are unable to speak or understand ENGLISH, you must bring an
interpreter at lease 16 years
of age.
6. The cost of the CDL Road Test-Class A $100.00, Class B & C $80.00. We accept
cash, check, and money order, Visa or MasterCard. We do need 24 hours advance
notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. There is no refund for
missed appointments or failures. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned
checks.
7. Date of your test is______________and must be paid by____________to hold your

8. Failure to provide or comply with the first seven steps will result in an
$80.00 rescheduling fee for
Class A and $60.00 for Class B & C. (Retesting must be completed within 30 days
to receive
discounted test rates.)
9. The test is 2 ½ to 3 hours long and consists of a Vehicle Inspection, Basic
Control Skills Test and a Driving Test. Please refer to the CDL manual if you
have further questions.
The driving record of each employee is available upon request
Notice: This school is required to be licensed by the Michigan Department of State Program Operations. If you have a complaint, which you cannot settle with the school, write: Michigan Department of State, Program Operations, Lansing, MI 48918.
