18 YEAR OLD OR OLDER – DRIVING LESSONS
1. Century Driving School of Wayland will provide a minimum of a 1 hour lesson for driving instruction behind the wheel with the requirement of a Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP) issued from the Secretary of State.
2. Century Driving School of Wayland will supply a dual-controlled automobile, fully insured, covering each driver taking lessons.
3. Driving tasks to be achieved with the purchase of 4 hours are:

| *Right Turns | *Backing in a Straight Line | *Entering & Exiting Highways |
| *U-Turns | *Parallel Parking | *Turning onto & off Multiple Lane Streets |
| 3 Point Turns | * Angle & Perpendicular Parking | *Michigan Left Turns |
TERMS
The adult (18 years or older) authorizes that he/she meets the physical
requirements specified by the law for issuance of a motor vehicle operator’s
license. The adult agrees to pay for the driving lesson (behind the wheel
instruction) of $75.00 for a single lesson or 4 hours of drive time at $260.00
to be paid at least one business day prior to the lesson. There is a $25.00
charge for all returned checks. Pick-up and return of the adult for driving
times is included in the lesson with a radius of 10 miles from the class
location. In case of a driving appointment cancellation, a cancellation fee of
$15.00 will be charged if 24-hour advanced notice is not given. Century Driving
School of Wayland assumes all liabilities contained within this agreement.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you decide to withdrawal from the driving lesson, your refund
would be based on the following pro-rated schedule:
If withdrawal after ANY driving has taken place, no refund will be given.
Notice: This school is required to be licensed by the Michigan Department of State Program Operations. If you have a complaint, which you cannot settle with the school, write: Michigan Department of State, Program Operations, Lansing, MI 48918.
Completion of driver training instruction does not guarantee qualification for a driver license. License TS001438
